We engage our international team to research, investigate and validate possible solution providers. We look at financial stability, performance track record, ability to deliver quantity and quality, dependability, support and pricing.

We then present these solutions, with our suggestions, to our clients enabling them to make a better qualified decision.

Acquiring Solutions

Once a solution is selected we engage our team to ensure its successful acquisition. We manage contracts, payments, logistics and transportation. We provide real-time photos, updates, and notifications from our team to keep everyone up to date on the often lengthy process. We have witnesses at the loading of containers for shipping and ensure all the paperwork is correct. We are at the Port of Entry to receive the container verifying the contents are undamaged and document any discrepancies.

Providing Support

We also offer assembly or training instructions and translation of documents. We also offer support and information on maintenance, servicing and parts acquisition.

We continue to ensure the solution functions as planned and often help the clients identify other solutions that would further increase their profitability.
